Context:

Teamwork beyond COVID19 will obviously never be quite the same again.

Whether we like it or not, we'll all have to engage with this concept sooner or later.

We recommend doing it sooner.

We believe that, more than ever, businesses need to reassess, recalibrate and reset the way their teams are working to make them future-fit, efficient, psychologically safe and profitable.

This workshop digs into the events at The Record Plant Studios in Sausalito, California in 1976 as Fleetwood Mac created their masterpiece, 'Rumours' - this is our case study of teamwork underpinning the session and bringing the content and learning to life.

We look at what they did right as a team, what they did wrong as a team, and most importantly what teams today can learn from it.

We have been thrilled at the reception and commendations this workshop has received and look forward to sharing it either online or in its half, 1 day & 2 day IRL formats once restrictions are lifted.
